Pranaa transformed Reliance’s ultra-luxury private resort in the heart of Gir into a world-class greenscape that harmonizes precision landscaping with natural rejuvenation.

The design challenge

Set amidst the iconic Gir jungle in Gujarat, the project demanded excellence on every front — from ecological sensitivity to executional precision.

The resort’s remote location presented unique logistical challenges, requiring specialized manpower, resource planning, and on-site coordination under demanding conditions.

Our objective was to create a self-sustaining ecosystem that would seamlessly integrate with the surrounding forest, enhance the site’s biodiversity, and revive the local flora and fauna — all while maintaining the aesthetic and functional standards of a Fortune 500 company’s private retreat.

How we tackled it

To deliver a landscape worthy of its setting, Pranaa deployed a dedicated team of highly qualified professionals supported by structured monthly MIS reporting and constant quality checks.

Our team’s expertise in eco-sensitive design and precision execution ensured minimal environmental disruption while maximizing long-term ecological impact.

We used locally adaptive species, optimized irrigation systems, and soil enrichment techniques to encourage regeneration.

The result was not only a visual transformation but also a measurable ecological one — the resort’s mango yield increased threefold, and native biodiversity began to flourish again under Pranaa’s guidance.
